women BOXING
Boxing is a sport that is both ancient and modern. Evidence exists of boxing being practiced for entertainment by the Greeks thousands of years ago, but the sport as it is known today has been around for over one hundred years. Many people think of boxing as a sport where you exclusively use your arms, but it is much more complex and requires use of the entire body, which is what makes it such a great workout. It’s a combination of cardio and strength training.
