KIDS MIXED MARTIAL ARTS
Youth Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a sport wherein two children competitors try to achieve dominance using tactics like light striking, finishing holds and control. Each class is geared towards learning basic techniques such as punches, take-downs, high and low kicks, joint-locks, and throws that with improves their balance, boosts their confidence and build healthy competition.
SELF DEFENSE for kids
Youth Self-Defense training teaches kids to defend yourself in any situation. These techniques include eye strikes, groin kicks, slaps and other tactics, often used on playgrounds or in pubic when someone pounces on you unannounced. Train your child to defend themself in any situation.

Youth boxing is a great self-defense program as well as a great workout which utilizes body mechanics such as stance, guard, movement, jab, hook and cross. Not only is the class practical for self-defense purposes, but it is also a tremendous workout such as bag work, pad and partner drills. You child will get physically fit as well as learn to defend themselves.
