Do you want to create a game plan for your workouts or simply to improve at a faster pace? Do you want to change it up a little bit with some martial arts training combined with weight training? We can help you achieve your goals through one-on-one private MMA training. Our instructors will keep a watchful eye over JUST your progress. We recommend supplementing group classes with 1 – 8 personal lessons a month for maximum results. Our one-on-one lessons are offered at our multiple Houston-area school locations.
