A lot of people tend to lose the flow of things after a while and eventually give up. Elite MMA is primarily a studio for the martial arts, and we have classes from MMA to kickboxing to Brazilian jiu-jitsu. While these are great for those who want to learn martial arts, some people just want to get the full body workout that these activities offer. That’s where our Women’s Fight Fit classes come in! We take aspects from all different martial arts and turn them into a forty-five-minute high-intensity workout.


There are two aspects to a good workout: the duration and the intensity. Both of these factor into how many calories you burn and how long your body continues to burn calories afterward.

A forty-five-minute class is, first and foremost, convenient for you. There’s always time to fit less than an hour into your day, so it shouldn’t be too difficult to schedule a class with us. These classes are very intense and physically demanding. From the get-go, you are going to be pushing yourself to the limit and burning fat as you do so.


Some people are put off by the fact that an intense workout might be too much for them. When you want to get fit, you have to start somewhere, so there’s no need to worry about that!

Our instructors are trained to personalize the program to your specific needs and help you improve over time. Probably the best aspect that distinguishes these classes from other workout programs is the social experience. You have the choice of private lessons or working out in a group. In both situations, you will be charged by positive feedback from both your fellow workout partners and our professionally trained instructors. The main aspect of staying motivated in a workout is receiving feedback and encouragement from other people, and our classes do just that!
