going over just some post-workout advice
right so after you get done training
you’ve done a really hard workout your
body is in a state where it’s ready to
have something great to get the
nutrients back in so a great tip to have
is a protein shake after you train bring
it in a shaker get a bottle of water
just have the protein ready to go dump
it in shake it up and this will also
help curb your appetite so once you go
home you’re not wanting to eat the pizza
and the burgers and all the really fast
food that’s not really great for a diet
you want to make sure that in order to
keep a healthy lifestyle make sure you
take care of your body we look forward
