one of our passes to get from tier 1 to
tier 2 starting off I’m gonna control my
partner double fowler’s you control the
now I’m gonna work to open his guard
with a low pass called the cat stretch I
start to move my body back I take my
hands off the collar and grab the belt
with two nails closing the elbows now I
press down and I stretch my back out
like cat ii his guard opens both my
hands swim under and i bring his knees
close together i’m gonna walk my knees
under his hips grab the cross collar and
start to apply forward pressure and
chill his legs slip off once inside
control of the head of water we look
