Kickboxing Fundamentals Classes
This beginner-level class gives the “why” in what you do in kickboxing:
- Why do I stand this way?
- Why do I punch this way?
- Why do I keep my hands up?
These are just examples of what the class has to offer. The cardio kickboxing class will help get you in shape.
The Fundamentals of Kickboxing class objective is to teach you proper technique while demonstrating why it is important. You will learn offensive and defensive maneuvers, connecting the dots with these two worlds. After learning the techniques from our amazing instructors you will apply these techniques on partners in a safe and effective manner that will allow you to progress at your own pace. Once you hone your skills we will implement the conditioning portion of the class. The instructors in our fundamentals of kickboxing class have a unique way of combining what you are learning in the technique portion of the class with your conditioning.
Beginners will be amazed at the technical knowledge that they will gain. The intermediate practitioner will become a powerful kickboxer and the advanced practitioner will polish their technique.
