1. Start with butterfly guard and double under grips
2. Load the weight back so you can launch them forward
3. Once you launch forward come up off your rear (squeeze your core to help you stand up)
4. Keep the double under grip and turn your body clock or counter clockwise (keep your feet together)
5. Put them to their back
6. Drop to your knees to finish in side control
