TECHNIQUE: Armbar Off Triangle Defense with Coach Robert Yamashita

1.  Start in closed guard with double sleeve grips

2.  Shove one arm towards the stomach to isolate an arm out for triangle setup

3.  Hop legs over shoved arm to catch head and arm position for triangle setup

4.  Bring arm across the hip to cut angle for triangle choke

5.  If partners postures to defend triangle, pinch knees and extend their arm across your hip for a tight armbar

6.  Make sure your partner remembers to never give you a triangle again!! (No coaches were really hurt in this demonstration)
