Weight Training Programs

Elite Mixed Martial Arts' Weight Training classes allow individuals to vary their workouts. Our objective is to push our clients to the next level by consistently different individualized routines with our personal MMA trainers. If it's training for weight loss, aesthic appeal, or athletic performance, our instructors will help you to get to that desired goal. Our weight training can be used as a supplement to our classes, including mixed martial arts, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, kickboxing and all other programs.
