FUNDAMENTALS OF KICKBOXING (INTERMEDIATE)

This class gives the “why” in what you do in kickboxing.
- Why do I stand this way?
- Why do I punch this way?
- Why do I keep my hands up?
These are just examples of what the class has to offer someone. The cardio kickboxing class will get you in shape and toned up. The Fundamentals of Kickboxing class objective is to make sure you understand the techniques of what you do and why you do them to the fullest. You will learn the offensive maneuvers, to the defensive maneuvers, and learning how to connect the dots with these two worlds. After learning the techniques you will get to apply these techniques on partners in a safe and effective manner that will allow you to progress at your own pace. After you are done honing your skills we will implement the conditioning portion of the class. The instructors in the class have a way of combining what you are learning in the technique portion of the class and combining it with your conditioning. You will be amazed with the technical knowledge of what you will create for yourself if you are a beginner, the intermediate practitioner your reasoning process of the class will allow you the power to create a powerful kick boxer (yourself), and to polish up on your technique if you are an advanced practitioner.
