CARDIO KICKBOXING (BEGINNER)

The purpose of this class is to come in and get an intense workout in 45 min. Of course you can work out for 45 minutes, but what about learning how to coordinate your mind and body with a group of individuals driven to give it their all in a group setting. The best thing is that you will not only be in great shape but you are going to learn the techniques of American Kickboxing, Thai-Kickboxing, and Boxing.
You will learn the proper body mechanics to throw punches, elbows, knees, and kicks.
